Payment and Payment Methods

You can pay for your orders by Visa, MasterCard, Stripe, or other credit cards. The charge is made at the time of your order, provided you have previously obtained authorization to debit your account from the relevant payment centers; otherwise, your order cannot be processed.

Alternatively, you can use PayPal. Your credit card payments are processed at the end of your order using the PayPal site and technology. PayPal is a system that allows you to pay directly for your purchases on a merchant site without sharing your financial information online. With PayPal, your confidential data is automatically encrypted.

Privacy Return Policy Generator

NewEraOfUs offers you the opportunity to purchase without risk. You can return any unused items in their original packaging within 7 days. The purchase price will be immediately credited to your customer account or refunded—depending on your preference. Please note that only properly stamped returns will be accepted.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, please contact us within 7 days of receiving them to initiate the return process.

Please contact us through our site, specifying the item(s) you wish to return and the reason, and include photos for quality issues.

After receiving the return address and instructions from us, please package the item(s) to be returned in their original packaging.

Drop off your package at your local post office.

After the return, provide the shipping company’s return receipt showing the weight and tracking number of your return, so we can expedite your refund/exchange. Once your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Shipping Times for Our Products – Delivery

Products are delivered to the shipping address provided during the ordering process, within the timeframe indicated on the order confirmation page. The order is shipped to the address specified by the Customer when placing the order.

We take 3 to 4 business days to process your order, followed by 7 to 10 days for delivery. Shipping fees are free.
